Consultancies bring the expertise but bill by the hour, so compression works against them. ERP vendors build the product, not the delivery.
Accelerate is the fourth thing: implementation automation that already knows what an Acumatica financials rollout contains, and that belongs to the partner delivering it, not the vendor.
What Accelerate automates
These are the phases where implementation hours pile up without producing anything a client would call differentiated. Accelerate connects directly to the target Acumatica tenant, so the work lands in the live instance rather than in a document somebody has to re-key.
Requirements analysis
Upload the client’s BRD or discovery documents. Accelerate reads them and returns a module plan: which Acumatica modules to enable, at what priority, and the client requirement behind each one.
Configuration
A structured setup plan across every module area, from companies and branches through chart of accounts, AR and AP classes, tax, inventory and sales orders, pre-filled from the requirements analysis.
Deployment
Push the configuration into Acumatica. Records are created with counts and timings, and anything already present is detected and skipped rather than duplicated.
Data migration
Validate customers, vendors, stock items, non-stock items and trial balance against the target structure, then push the rows that pass. Failures are reported row by row.

Where we are right now
Accelerate ERP is in beta, with general availability planned for January 2027. Acumatica financials, meaning GL, AP, AR and Banking, is the launch scope. NetSuite and Sage Intacct follow, with SAP Business One and Dynamics 365 Business Central after that.
